Mr. Brennan is a graduate of Loyola College (B.A., 1976) and the University of Baltimore School Of Law (J.D., 1979).  Admitted to the Maryland Bar, he has served on the Board of Governors of the Maryland State Bar Association (1994 - 1996). Since 1994, he has served on the Trial Courts Judicial Nominating Commission for Baltimore County.  He is Secretary/Treasurer of the Dissenters Law Club.  Mr. Brennan serves on the Inquiry Panel of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cullen H. Hormes of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.  Mr. Brennan was an Assistant State's Attorney for Baltimore County from 1980 to 1984. In addition to his law practice, he handles commercial and residential real estate transactions for the firm and is an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company.
