Ms. Engram is a graduate of Lynchburg College (B.A., 1990, cum laude) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1993).  As an Agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, conducting real estate settlements constitutes a large portion of Ms. Engram's practice.  Additionally, Ms. Engram practices extensively in the area of guardianships, serves as a court-appointed attorney representing the disabled in guardianship proceedings, and is frequently appointed by the Court as a guardian.  She is skilled in the area of Elder Law and Medical Assistance planning, as well as the Medical Assistance application process.  Ms. Engram handles mortgage foreclosures for private lenders as well.  In addition, Ms. Engram also conducts a general law practice.
